You probably didn't plan to be searching for this.

Maybe it was a fall. Maybe it was a hospital discharge with too many questions. Maybe you've watched it coming for months.

Whatever brought you here, something has shifted. That is where we come in.

How We Operate

Four things make us different.

98.5% Shift Coverage

When we say a caregiver will be there at 8 a.m. Tuesday, the caregiver is there at 8 a.m. Tuesday. That is the entire promise. We treat it that way.

A Real Person Who Knows Your Family

Every caregiver has a care coordinator. Not a faceless office contact. An actual person, like Brittany, Wyatt, or Kaisha, who knows your loved one and is reachable when things change.

Vetted Like Family

Every caregiver completes a comprehensive background check, training, and ongoing supervision. Matched to your loved one on personality and care needs, not just availability.

Nothing to Hide

Cameras in the home? We are proud of the care we provide. You should always know what is happening in the home.

A Real Story

Judith's mother is 102. She lives at home.

When Judith brought her mother into her home, the goal was to keep her out of a nursing facility. The challenge was making it sustainable. Her caregivers showed up, every shift. More importantly, her care coordinator Brittany became the partner Judith needed. Brittany knew the regulations, the schedule, the family. When something needed to change, it changed.

Brittany is the reason I continue to have my mother on the Sunny Days roster. Judith, Sunny Days client
Common Questions

What families ask first.

Non-medical home care. This includes companionship, help with bathing and dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. We do not provide skilled nursing or medical procedures.
Every Sunny Days caregiver completes a comprehensive background check before being matched with a client. They are trained, supervised, and continually evaluated by their care coordinator. We match caregivers to clients based on personality and care needs, not just availability. If a match is not working, we make a change.
Yes. We are proud of the care we provide and we have nothing to hide. Many of our families use cameras, and we appreciate that they do.
After the initial call and in-home assessment, we can often begin care within a few days, depending on the caregiver match and your scheduling needs.
Pricing depends on the type of care, hours per week, and how the care is paid for. We work with private pay, Medicaid waiver programs, VA benefits, and select insurance plans. We will walk you through your options during the in-home assessment.
Care plans are built to change with your family. Your care coordinator handles schedule adjustments and is reachable when something needs to shift.
